- Travel health insurance should be for the dates that the visa will cover, for whatever amount of visa is requested
- Flight reservation
- Required confirmed hotel with paid proforma invoice
- Invitation to be approved by official institution
- Company documents (tax plate 2008 will be processed, signature circular, activity certificate will be new and original, trade registry gazette)
- If the person going is a company partner, Bağkur paid receipts for the last 3 months
- If the person going is an employee, employment declaration, last 4 months salary slip, SSK premium statement
- Expense petition
- The bank account book belonging to the company for the last 3 months, with balance and current, credit card statement (in the form of a statement sent home)
- 2 new photos, background white, passport size, no smile, no glasses
