Reservation, Ticket and Transportation Rules

1. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
2. Refunds are made only in case of voyage cancellation and only by the agency that issued the ticket.
3. No reservation change, ticket cancellation or refund is possible after the scheduled departure time.
4. The passenger must present the credit card used for ticket purchase during check-in at the port.
5. A Green Insurance Card is mandatory for international vehicle travel. If the vehicle owner is not traveling, a notarized power of attorney is required.
6. Passengers traveling with vehicles must be at the port at least 1 hour before departure for check-in procedures.
7. Passengers must be present at the port at least 1 hour before the vessel’s departure time.
8. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the voyage schedule.
9. All disputes shall be resolved in BODRUM courts under Turkish laws and regulations.
10. Voyages may be canceled or delayed due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond the seller’s control. In case of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded. The seller bears no responsibility for accommodation, food or other expenses.
11. Women who are more than six months pregnant are not permitted to travel for safety reasons.
12. The seller accepts no liability for injury, death, loss or damage unless proven to be caused by the seller’s fault by competent courts in Bodrum.
13. The carrier is not responsible for lost items on board.
14. The ticket price covers transportation only between the departure and arrival ports.
15. If payment is made in a foreign currency, the Central Bank buying rate at the time of purchase applies.
16. No specific seat number is guaranteed.
17. Greek authorities do not require visas from green and gray passport holders.
18. Ordinary passport holders must have a valid Schengen visa.
19. Passengers with TRNC entry stamps in their passports cannot enter Greece.
20. The seller may take necessary measures against passengers who endanger safety or disrupt order.
21. Passengers must comply with safety announcements during departure and docking.
22. The seller is liable only for damages caused by its own fault.
23. The seller is not responsible for valuables inside baggage.
24. Passengers denied entry to Greece or Türkiye must purchase return tickets at their own expense.
25. Passengers confirm that their documents allow entry to Greece.
26. Tickets may be converted to open tickets up to 12 hours before departure and are valid for 1 year.
27. Availability is not guaranteed for open return tickets.
28. Open return dates must be confirmed one business day prior to travel.
