Visa on Arrival Procedures for the Greek Islands

What is a gate visa?

A gate visa lets Turkish citizens without a Schengen visa enter specific Greek islands with a single entry and a stay of up to 7 days.

Required documents

• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date
• Return ferry ticket
• Confirmed hotel voucher
• Travel health insurance
• Biometric photo

Application

Applications are submitted through our office at least 2 working days before arrival. Processing times depend on the Greek authorities; we are not responsible for waiting times.

Important

• A gate visa is valid only for the island it was issued for; you cannot travel on to other islands.
• Passengers whose passport shows a TRNC entry stamp may be refused.
