Tax plate
Signature circular
Chamber activity certificate (new and original)
Trade registry gazette
2 pictures with white background
passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the visa
Hotel, flight reservation
Petition will explain the purpose of travel and will include expense statement
Invitation, or fair stand documents
Employment declaration, stamped by the employer
Bankbook will be up-to-date and with balance processed in the last 3 months, there will be no internet printout
Credit card statements
Hotel flight reservation
Travel health insurance (can be done by our agency)
